“I love the taste and texture of nuts, so it was not a difficult switch from porridge to puriton for me. I have enjoyed the taster pack and now have a shortlist of my favourites to work through bigger bags. I enjoy it most when cooked as porridge and left to cool, then served with Greek yoghurt and berries. A lovely breakfast and also a great healthy dessert. It fills me up for longer than porridge and has drastically reduced my mid morning cravings.
I also really enjoy the soups - packed full of favour. They need to sit a bit before eating but they are worth it.”

I love these products. Unlike some people one of the things that I love is the texture. I like to know that I am eating a good selection of nuts and seeds with health benefits.

“Tried the starter packs to begin with which was great to get an idea of which ones I liked and I have now started using the banana and coconut large bags. I find it much more filling that I was expecting and enjoy it mixed into yogurt and served with fruit or as part of a smoothie. Love that it’s got natural, whole ingredients. Definitely recommend!”
