“WOW, after just 3 days, I could feel the loss of feeling bloated.
The shakes are filling, no more snacking. Yes you do get bits at the bottom of your cup but I just add a little more milk, give it a mix, nothing wasted.
The soups are very tasty, but it's trial & error with the consistency. You can add more liquid, so go steady on your first sachet. The mushroom one isn't for me.

I am not a fan of bits and I know Purition states to blend ,but I just put the satchets into milk and I find them fine.
Majority of them I love,some I'm not so keen but that's just things I have a dislike for in life anyway. But I always try them as they can sometimes surprise you.The ones you think you will love, you don't.
